10/09/2018 01:46

The 11th International Conference on Culinary Arts and Sciences is coming to Cardiff Metropolitan University in June 2019.

This will be the first time that ICCAS has been held in Wales and the conference’s theme will investigate how food can be used to support and develop a more hospitable society.

Another first is our pre-conference activity on the 26th June. This postgraduate symposium will include presentations from Elsevier and The Conversation on how researchers can approach writing for both academic and non-academic audiences. Whilst this activity targets postgraduate students and early career researchers, it is available to all ICCAS delegates.

We are now inviting full papers, abstracts and posters based on original research which reflect the overall theme of Food and Society. The submission deadline is 30th November 2018.

Early bird registration is now available until 14th March 2019 with full conference packages costing £495 and student packages costing £310.
