The Graduate Program in Nutrition

The Graduate Program in Nutrition at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) has academic Master´s and Doctoral degree programs, with duration of 2 years and 4 years, respectively.

The courses offered by the program are in-person, free of charge, divided into semesters and taught in Portuguese. The academic semesters at UFSC take place between March and June (1st semester) and August and November (2nd semester). Summer vacations are between December and February and winter vacations are in July.

To join the program as a regular student, candidates must go through a selection process, following the rules set out in the Call for Applications.
